In this meeting, the committee outlined its approach to oral evidence. It also adopted the view that there should be no acts of bankruptcy. The committee also pointed out to the necessity of having preconditions before the court could be approached for a bankruptcy petition. The effect of EEC bankruptcy law was discussed also.
