This document summaries the key decisions made as to the layout of the report, and the content of each chapter. The document has the proposed layout, with Parts I and II, and the desired substance of each chapter as well as Parts III-VII. Thses suggestions and layouts are made at different sates during the drafting procedure.

On page 23, there is a memorandum by the Finance Houses Association on the interim report. The memorandum gives suggestions on editing chapters 1 and 2.

On page 25, notes from a meeting of WG1 and WG2 on 20 May 1980 is found, with a list of questions to be considered.

Finally, there is a latter headed ‘Isador Goldman and Sons, and dated 14 May 1980 discussing the draft consultative paper.
